Held down by the wings of history
By the fear of tomorrow's mystery
The incredulity of which has me frail
All that the present presents now is stale
All that felt ubiquitous once seems obscure
The insidious inception of all that allures
Cautious to be blindfolded by all that meets the eye
The deceiving nature of "glamor" that reality has.
My catharsis of it, staying in my own skin
Rejecting all interaction, the need for kin
All that I heed is the cosmos of my mind.

Rain, stay there to make me sane
I felt
shattered, I felt down
My heartfelt
bad, I hated moon.
I dealt with
something that caused me pain.
The clueless
life, the lifeless clues.
I dealt with
hardships, I got the blues…
I listened
to a sound, that changed my mood.
The
thundering clouds, the music of rain.
The lovely
weather, the exotic feel
The cool
days, full of zeal….
I realized
soon, my brain will no longer drain.
Life was
good, I had no complaints.
Rain, rain
don't go anywhere.
Rain, stay
there to make me sane.

Sometimes, when the world gets too heavy,
I gaze at the night sky.
Each star reminds me of the mysteries of life,
its troubles, and its quiet magic.
I follow the brightest star—
the one that leads me inward,
toward my Mirror of the Soul.
It guides me
to a world unknown,
a place unspoken,
a parallel universe
where dreams and memories blend.
When I ponder that universe,
and the one we live in,
and all the life they hold—
I drift into sleep.
A sleep that
heals.
A sleep that
restores the soul.
In that universe,
the Lover always finds me.
Not with words,
but with a smile—
gentle, kind,
enough to unravel me
across all lifetimes.
One kiss on the cheek,
and everything I ever longed for
feels fulfilled.
All it took
was a smile.
A kiss.
The echo of the beloved’s voice
vibrates in my ears
and suddenly enters
my heart.
All it took
was a smile.
